Explanation of focus:

It’s a well known fact that half of all individuals who begin a self-monitored training program drop out within the first six months. To get out of bed each morning upbeat and ready to train, fitness enthusiasts must have a plan of action and a core belief that they are capable of meeting the demands of their fitness program. Dr. Haley Perlus will share with you mental tools and techniques that can be used in group fitness classes to empower your participants with the Three C’s of Excellence: Commitment, Confidence, and Concentration. Not only will your participants have more fun in class and experience higher results, you will also reach your peak performance as a fitness professional and leader.

Dr Haley’s Mental Toughness articles are available only to ICI/PRO Subscribers, find them here.
