My advice for bike maintenance is to go to a local bike shop and ask one of the mechanics if they are interested in doing some contract work. Indoor Bikes aren't very sophisticated, so it doesn't take a world class mechanic. Just a little TLC every other week or so. If you find a willing bike mechanic; work out a schedule, have them quote you a cost so you can present to management.
