When I fired-up my microphone and recorded the very first episode of the Indoor Cycle Instructor Podcast back in August 08, never in my wildest dreams would I have believed this would happen; an Instructor in Staffanstorp, Sweden would be walking into his class with an ICI/PRO Instructor gear bag that I shipped him. No way that would ever happen...

Holding certifications from; Schwinn, Heart Zones, Team ICG and Life Time Fitness, John's held regularly scheduled cycling classes between 1998 and 2015 when he moved to Florida.
When the weather permits, you'll find him riding and leading outdoor groups by himself or with his Tandem partner (wife) Amy.
