Great podcast! From an owner/instructor I also struggle with letting low performing instructors go. I think I will use my data to take the emotion out of the evaluation process as well. I must say Bill Pryor has been there for me every step of the way when I need advice. Wishing you continued success Karen at CB Barn. Maybe we can talk shop in the near future.
