Cancellation – Refund Policy

Important note: Don’t be frustrated, contact us if you have a question and then be happy 🙂 Much of the content we deliver here requires cooperation between your computer, software, your hand held device and us. If you are having difficulty downloading files, subscribing to the ICI/PRO feed or moving everything to your; iPod, iPhone, Droid or other device, please let me know. I’m here to help!

We offer a $1.00 / 7 day trial for you to decide if an ICI/PRO membership is right for you. You can cancel before the end of your trial without any additional charges. After the end of the trial period you have the ability to cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not receive a refund for billing that has already occurred, except in the specific instances described below. Once your cancellation is effective, ICI/PRO Members will no longer have access to our vast selection of premium instructor educational content and yearly members will no longer receive discounts from Pearl iZumi. Products and services purchased through links on this site carry their own refund policy. Please contact the vendor for their returns policy.

To ensure that your credit card will not be charged for your next billing period, you MUST cancel your subscription no later than the day before your next scheduled billing period begins. Simply send an email to cancel@indoorcycleinstructor.com You will receive a conformation from us within 24 hours.

Until the end of the current paid billing period, you will still have access as an ICI/PRO member. On the first day after the current paid billing period expires, your ICI/PRO member access will be terminated, the subscription will expire, and no further subscription charges will appear on the credit card.

For ICI/PRO monthly renewing subscriptions: after cancellation, your subscription will terminate at the end of the latest 30-day billing period for which you have previously been charged. No further charges will be applied, and no refunds for unused time will be made.

For ICI/PRO yearly renewing subscriptions: If you submit your cancellation request within the first 30 days following your initial billing, you are eligible for a refund of all subscription fees for the service, minus the $9.95 minimum fee for the first month’s subscription. If you submit your cancellation request more than 30 days after your initial billing, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current 12-month billing period. You will not receive a refund and you will not be billed for the service again.

Note to ICI/PRO yearly renewing subscribers: Your subscription will auto-renew on the anniversary date each year. It’s common that your credit card’s expiration date may have expired before your renewal. We will contact you to update your information to maintain your membership status.
