Jennifer and I would like to take our community of Indoor Cycling Instructors beyond the “virtual” – we want to meet you!

So how about an IndoorCycleInstructor.com conference?

We have lots of questions:

Where to hold it? When works best? Who will be there? What would we offer? And finally, how will we actually pull it off?

I created a short survey and I would appreciate everyone completing it.

Show up early and often

That's my answer whenever someone asks me; “how many Indoor Cycling classes should I be taking each week?” And now there is a new study that confirms this, particularly for middle aged women.

The recommendation is aimed at women who don't want to diet but do want to avoid gaining weight. Some experts say to take it with a grain of salt….
The 60-minute-a-day recommendation, released online Tuesday in the Journal of the American Medical Assn., is aimed at women of normal weight who don't want to diet but do want to avoid gaining weight over time. Most Americans gain about 1.5 pounds a year between age 25 and 55. Read the rest here.
