Tom, Jennifer and John,
I have a few favorite profiles I use for speed training that include accelerations and sprints but this profile gave new life to all I have experienced in the past. This was a class profile I would spend lots of money and time going to conferences throughout the country to bring back to keep my classes fresh. Thank you.
