Tom, Jennifer and John,
I have a few favorite profiles I use for speed training that include accelerations and sprints but this profile gave new life to all I have experienced in the past. This was a class profile I would spend lots of money and time going to conferences throughout the country to bring back to keep my classes fresh. Thank you. This membership has saved me so much time and money. The attention to giving the class correctly blows my mind. ICI PRO ROCKS!
