Thanks, John, Mark, Michelle — unanticipated part III was “icing on the cake” to wrap a very informative interview series…from an inspired group of instructors, all three!
By Mark’s recommended criteria, I’ll have participated as a student of Spin for “10 years” @ age 52’ish…not certain that I’ll be looking to become a “Master” instructor by then; however, I’m quite pleased to realize through your podcast that many are comfortably participating–even instructing(!)–well into their 60’s/70’s+!
