Welcome to the The Weekly Ride by Cycling Fusion:

No more hunting for new music or counting out cues.  Here is your ready to ride document, that can be displayed from your phone, or printed out onto cue cards.  This ride is timed out, down to the second, to make your life as easy as possible!

This week's ride is from Joey!! - “This weeks class is a hard ride. We are working on higher cadence speed work(which teaches our student leg speed, threshold management and pedal stroke efficiency) and muscular endurance. This type of work leaves some good time for us as instructors to connect with our class. Take the steady ride time to educate the class and explain why we are doing the work that we are. Relate your experiences to them, but also do not be afraid to let them listen to the music.”

    Joey,
    Thank you for posting the playlist. The music links don’t match the playlist that you have provided. Both the Spotify and Apple playlists are linked to a previous Weekly Ride – Week 7.
