We want more written content!
That was a common request on the survey I conducted earlier this summer. OK, I suppose it's time I operate this as more of a team effort, so you've got it. Over this past year I have had the chance to meet some incredible people who impressed me with their passion for Indoor Cycling and demonstrated the ability to communicate effectively. So I asked some if them if they would like to submit articles to be published here. They all said yes! None of them are Professionals, yet. I feel they will compliment the Indoor Cycle Instructor Podcast and make this site an even better resource for you. The first to join the Indoor Cycle Instructor.com as a regular contributor will be our favorite Master Spinning Instructor Jennifer Sage later this week. Stay tuned for more in the coming days .
John is a member on the AFS (Association of Fitness Studios) Advisory Council.
Holding certifications from; Schwinn, Heart Zones, Team ICG and Life Time Fitness, John's held regularly scheduled cycling classes between 1998 and 2015 when he moved to Florida.
When the weather permits, you'll find him riding and leading outdoor groups by himself or with his Tandem partner (wife) Amy.
