Are you ready for this? A reality television show about the lives of Indoor Cycling Instructors, who teach at a West Hollywood Studio. How fun is that? They are looking for a few very special Instructors to cast in the show. Click this info-graphic to read the specific details.

Holding certifications from; Schwinn, Heart Zones, Team ICG and Life Time Fitness, John's held regularly scheduled cycling classes between 1998 and 2015 when he moved to Florida.
When the weather permits, you'll find him riding and leading outdoor groups by himself or with his Tandem partner (wife) Amy.

Well, interesting, as one of the best 60year old instructor here on the treasure coast Florida and instructing no less than 6 and up to 12 classes a week, with high energy one hour butt kicking magical music…….. Um too “old”. Laughing for your TV pod cast. Shame on you. Man you should see how hot sixty spinning sexy is!
My guess would be that they’re looking for everyone to be the same age because they already have a few Instructors.
