Holding certifications from; Schwinn, Heart Zones, Team ICG and Life Time Fitness, John's held regularly scheduled cycling classes between 1998 and 2015 when he moved to Florida.
When the weather permits, you'll find him riding and leading outdoor groups by himself or with his Tandem partner (wife) Amy.

HAPPY HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
You have come so far in just one year! I know some time you must feel like the dog who caught the car tire. It looked inviting as the car was going down the street, but once you caught it now what do you do?
Obviously, you and Jennifer have discovered a need that was not fulfilled any where else. There is such a void in the fitness industry and you are filling a part of the need. I know you have so much more planned and I wish you the very best. My advise is to surround yourself with people who are smart and passionate and will be provide you honesty.
Hang on to that tire! I some point, the car will stop and you will have a huge doggie treat to enjoy!
