Hate isn't the proper word... detest is a better way to describe my feelings toward my first Monday 5:45 am class after the Daylight Savings switch. Nothing more, just wanted to express that.

When the weather permits, you'll find him riding and leading outdoor groups by himself or with his Tandem partner (wife) Amy.

Granted, it wasn’t a 5.45 am class……but I did my my 8 am Sunday class after a Seriously Boozy dinner party the night before (I apparently changed the time on my HRM without having any memory of it) and with 2 Tom Scotto workshops later on in the day.
Not sayin’ I’m a Better Person, mind……just someone who’s suffering a bit more.

I did a 0600 this morning… I feel your angst. I fell asleep at the barber while in the chair at 1100.
I almost fell asleep as well when at the dentist mid-morning.
Actually it went better than I had predicted, and for good reason; Monday’s at “The Spa” are populated by “A” type movers and shakers. Business people and professionals who make the world work. One actually told me this morning “I was worried that no one would come this morning, and I didn’t want you to be alone John”. Sweet but she was one of 17 who road with us this morning.
But now that it’s 6:00pm I’m feeling like the day is done 🙂
