Holding certifications from; Schwinn, Heart Zones, Team ICG and Life Time Fitness, John's held regularly scheduled cycling classes between 1998 and 2015 when he moved to Florida.
When the weather permits, you'll find him riding and leading outdoor groups by himself or with his Tandem partner (wife) Amy.

only the danger sign stands on the way making you have to step into the water …
Just got back from my trip to New Zealand, and much of the snow is gone from the lawns and roads. It’s a big difference from when I left. The ski mountain is still doing fine – but conditions are full-on spring conditions. Can’t wait to jump on my bike!
