This weeks ride is from Joey! - Whew, this was a task to get this ready for you in time. I know it is only a few days early, but certainly better than getting it next week. As I told my people, this is the very last theme ride until Christmas, I am all themed out. 🙂 That being said, I will get the Christmas ride out before December 15th so that you have more time to make it yours. Back to the Halloween ride, this playlist was tough, I boiled the mass of Halloween songs down to around 40, and then went from there to put together this list. The ride focus is endurance, and as with the typical, we start with a higher cadence and lighter tension and then add tension as the cadence drops. I hope you love the ride. I will have a podcast of me delivering this ride on Monday, but I wanted to get this out to you as early as possible. Thanks, Joey

Joey Stabile

Joey is a competitive age group athlete in triathlon and continues to run 1-2 marathons a year in addition to his cycling pursuits. He can often be seen riding around the Pittsburgh streets and the area’s surrounding mountain trails enjoying the fresh outdoors completely unplugged from the training technology he uses to teach.

Joey is a certified personal trainer, group fitness specialist and the lead Master Trainer for Cycling Fusion. Joey currently teaches indoor cycling at several Pittsburgh clubs and loves to fuse his passion for the ride with his love of training, technology and of course the music.
