I woke up this morning and my thermometer said —29 degrees Fahrenheit, not Celsius, and my first thought was how grateful I am for Spinning / Indoor Cycling and having a warm place where I can participate in a group fitness activity.
So I'm proclaiming today, January 16th, as Johnny G day!
Maybe we can get our new President Obama to make it official?

This was very cool. Here is a video of the Heart Zones JumboTRON in use. Sally Edwards demonstrated it at the Heart Zones Indoor Cycling Certification Conference I attended.
