Just think about that weekly email you send out to your class. You are sending a weekly email aren't you? Wouldn't you rather have the prestige of a real email address that includes your name and what you are passionate about. Very secure, very easy to setup in Google and can easily coexist with the email you use now. Send me an email telling me what you would like your email to be.

My New Metabolic Testing.info Podcast
I started a Podcast series about Metabolic Testing
By now it's no secret that I'm a big fan of Metabolic Testing. It has been incredibly valuable to me personally and to many of the participants in my Spinning classes. I really see it as necessary first step to reaching any fitness, performance or weight loss goals.
It's still a work-in-progress but check it out if you have time. If you know anyone else that would appreciate the information please pass it on.
