First, I received an email from Judith Buckley, an Indoor Cycling Instructor,  in Saudi Arabia! My first response was "Wow! Can you believe I have listeners that far away?" That got me thinking about who is my most remote listener?

So I decided to have a contest to find out!

If you are an Indoor Cycling Instructor and outside of North America, I would love for you to enter the contest. Email your picture showing you in your "remote" location.

I will be announcing the winner the first week of May. EpicPlanet.tv has offered to send the winner two "American Epic Rides" that they can use in their class. I'm also hoping to interview the winner for a future show.

Second, I interview Richard Baldarelli and Ashley Stanton, two Indoor Cycling Instructors and riders in the latest  DVD from EpicPlanet.tv; epic Acadia. Richard and Ashley describe being part of the filming of  a cycling DVD.
