If you like using house music in your classes, here's a great one that starts out slow and builds as it goes on. Great for cadence or resistance building. This is by DJ, and master mixer Kaskade with CID and it's called Us. I've included links to the original, extended and several remixes.

If you haven't heard of Lindsey Sterling, you will definitely want to check out her music. She's a violinist and she performs several different styles of music, including classical, pop, rock, and even electronic dance. Her album Brave Enough dropped today and it includes several songs that you'll want to add to your next cycling playlist. Here are a few of my favorites:
Lost Girls-This one starts out slow, then picks up at about the one minute mark, then slows again around 1:40, only to pick back up at around 3:50. Great for intervals or rolling hills.
The Pheonix- I love the intensity that this song brings. This one would make a great flat road.
And last, try this one, featuring one of may favorites, ZZ Ward, for a flat road at around 100 rpm:
If you're on Spotify and you want to check out the newest music every week, follow their New Music Fridayplaylist! It's a great way to find out what's new! You can also find it by clicking on your Browse tab on the main sidebar of your Spotify page. Here are two standouts from this weeks playlist that you'll want to add to your next mix:
Tonight the cauldron will be lit by the Olympic torch, inaugurating the 31st summer Olympics in Rio. Why not celebrate with by using a few of the songs that have been chosen as this summer's anthem in your next class?
Katy Perry's new song Rise is the theme for NBC's broadcast of the Olympic games. It's a bit slow, which might work great for a steep climb. You'll love the inspirational lyrics: “When the fire's at my feet again/And the vultures all start circling/They're whispering, ‘you're out of time'/ But still I rise.”
