After watching the presidential debate last night, I remembered this post that addresses the importance of being prepared. Originally posted on Oct 9th 2014.
Many of us have been guilty of showing up for class and then just "winging it". But are we putting forth the best YOU when you're making stuff up as you go along?

For the most part, my slow processing is a curse (step aerobics=hot mess), but when it comes to being an instructor, it is a blessing. It forces me to be prepared and have a plan, and it compels me to lay out the plan, because I assume everyone else needs time to process as well.
So, if someone likes to be on the edge of their seat (lame pun…), my class isn’t for them!
Jennifer I’m kind of the same – I need to know where I’m going sequentially before I start.
