This 45 minute free video could make a splash in your next endurance class - especially if you have a large number of women participants. With so much of the sport dominated by men, I found this video featuring professional cyclist Liz Hatch refreshing. Yes guys, that Liz Hatch 🙂
This video is a production of Cyclefilm and they have a number of full length videos, that feature some of the best professional women cyclists in the world.
Liz Hatch - Come Ride with Me includes this awesome track; Recorder 2:09 (83 RPM) from the Gasoline Brothers. It's not on Spotify but you can download it for free here.
Here's a tip for using YouTube in your class without interruptions by the commercials that are inserted. Play the video from this page > click the Full Screen button bottom right corner of the player and enjoy uninterrupted play.

Thanks so much for that!, I loved it. Wish I looked that good on my bike!!
For you Mac/Safari users you will find that there is NO full screen option on the bottom right corner of the YouTube screen.
However if you have FireFox launch ICI in that browser and you will see the full screen option.
I follow the download link and get the following:

I hate it when that happens! I was trying to save you a click – it’s fixed now.
Liz Hatch is awesome! I really love her passion for the sport.
Great find! Thanks so much. I can’t wait to play it for my class – I really think they’ll enjoy it 🙂
Liz is great on camera. She is also very candid and looks great on a bike. 😉
I showed this video the first 45 minutes of my 90 minute endurance ride last night. I wish I was wearing those cool glasses with a camera so one could see the look the faces of my riders.
She had them spell bound. It was JRA to Liz climbing Mt. Tam and telling her story. I cued a few gear changes but mostly watched with my riders. They loved her. After Liz came Mt. Evans. They were ready to work having watched Liz.
A great piece. Find more. Thanks.
Any idea where to find the music of Phonic Food used in this video???
Bridgett I liked it too but I see that it’s Royalty Free music = music that’s produced specifically for use in videos, commercials, etc… and not available commercially.
