This was very cool. Here is a video of the Heart Zones JumboTRON in use. Sally Edwards demonstrated it at the Heart Zones Indoor Cycling Certification Conference I attended. Heart Rate and training zones for everyone in the class is displayed on the screen. The video playing on the right is the Hawaii Global Ride DVD.

Just think about that weekly email you send out to your class. You are sending a weekly email aren't you? Wouldn't you rather have the prestige of a real email address that includes your name and what you are passionate about. Very secure, very easy to setup in Google and can easily coexist with the email you use now. Send me an email telling me what you would like your email to be.
