Our friends at Pedal Studio in London are hosting a Charity Spinning Indoor Cycling Strength Ride to benefit Partners In Health and the people of Haiti on Saturday the 30th at 12:00.
Partners In Health (PIH)
PIH has been working on the ground in Haiti for over 20 years. Partners In Health (PIH) works to bring modern medical care to poor communities in nine countries around the world. The work of PIH has three goals:To care for patients, to alleviate the root causes of disease in their communities, to share lessons learned around the world.
Based in Boston, PIH employs more than 11,000 people worldwide, including doctors, nurses and community health workers. The vast majority of PIH staff are local nationals based in the communities they serve.
If there was a place I would love to fly to, just to take an Indoor Cycling Class, it would be Pedal Studio in London. They have a very impressive list of instructors including past Podcast guests Mark Tickner and Michelle Colvin.

With respect to Schwinn®, Fit Dragon is acquiring a license for the indoor cycling products for the Schwinn® Fitness brand for use in the commercial channel. The license will include complete rights to the industry leading educational and training programs for which Schwinn® is known. Fit Dragon will also have marketing rights to Independent Bicycle dealers as well as to the specialty fitness channel. Under the Agreement, Nautilus will continue to market Schwinn® products through retail and direct marketing channels.
The number of Indoor Cycling and Spinning® Class DVDs available has grown exponentially over the last year. My students have really enjoyed having something to watch… other than me 🙁
