It does mean you are relevant and are doing okay on the SEO but not an authority which is more important than SERP’s. Searchers routinely skip the first listing (Forrester Research). You should have the top five listing at least. You should also strive to have sublistings under your main that lists different portions of your website with a brief description.
Sublistings appearing in your listing are great. The best I can figure out, Google decides which sites they will display.
