My apologies for the outages you may have experienced today and earlier this week.
My number one priority is maintaining this site, and when it experiences trouble I feel physically sick until it's back up and running. It's almost like having one of your kids in the hospital… almost.
It's not for lack of trying. www.indoorcycleinstructor.com is hosted on a state-of-the-art “Cloud Based – Virtual Private Server”, with an enormous amount of RAM memory and nearly unlimited bandwidth. We're not talking “Go-Daddy” shared hosting here. I cringe every month when I get the invoice for hosting charges.

Starting November 1st the annual cost of a new ICI/PRO membership increases to $144.00.
