a couple of questions:
*what did you do with the other 1/2 of the group while the newbies got their HRM overview?
*which RPE chart 1-10 are you finding works the best as some have varying descriptions?
I had the newbies come 20 min early so I could give them HR 101…I’m using Suunto HR watches so they are really simple to get people to use. They were ready to go once the others arrived.
I use 1-10 PRE…it seems the easiest
