My apologies for the outages you may have experienced today and earlier this week.
My number one priority is maintaining this site, and when it experiences trouble I feel physically sick until it's back up and running. It's almost like having one of your kids in the hospital… almost.
It's not for lack of trying. www.indoorcycleinstructor.com is hosted on a state-of-the-art “Cloud Based – Virtual Private Server”, with an enormous amount of RAM memory and nearly unlimited bandwidth. We're not talking “Go-Daddy” shared hosting here. I cringe every month when I get the invoice for hosting charges.
I appreciate you hanging on with us.

ICI/PRO Member Price Increase Nov 1st
Starting November 1st the annual cost of a new ICI/PRO membership increases to $144.00.
Current members will see no changes. Your subscription rate will never change 🙂
A number of people have asked me why? So here are a few reasons:
- Waking up not knowing what you will be teaching today is a horrible feeling.
- Waking up knowing exactly what you will be teaching, because you have a new Audio PROfile to listen to, is a wonderful feeling
- We want to give Instructors a reason to subscribe now, before the increase so they will Be Ready for the beginning of this year's season.
- The $24.36 increase is less than half of what you will save on a single pair of Pearl Izumi men's P.R.O. Cycling Shorts $130.00 retail vs. $78.00 PRO member discount.
- Purchase two pairs of PRO shorts, a jersey and a few pairs of socks and your membership was essentially free.
- We should be charging double! New subscribers get access to all of last year's Audio PROfiles – 26 and counting!
- Subscribing now locks in your subscription rate for life.
- $144.00 is just $12.00 a month, $2.76 per week, or just $0.39 per day.

I have sent out the link to download the session outlines to all the attendees. There are a few missing and I will have them up later today.
We couldn't have pulled off our first Indoor Cycling conference alone and I really want to thank the following people:
