My apologies for the outages you may have experienced today and earlier this week.
My number one priority is maintaining this site, and when it experiences trouble I feel physically sick until it's back up and running. It's almost like having one of your kids in the hospital... almost.
It's not for lack of trying. www.indoorcycleinstructor.com is hosted on a state-of-the-art "Cloud Based - Virtual Private Server", with an enormous amount of RAM memory and nearly unlimited bandwidth. We're not talking "Go-Daddy" shared hosting here. I cringe every month when I get the invoice for hosting charges.

It’s not that big a deal as long as you get it back. IT is my main gig so I understand that these things happen.
But then again you always have the option to triple your hosting charges, by putting in clustered database servers, multiple webservers, multiple application servers, load balancer and the software to support it all. Then we won’t even know that you missed a beat, JUST KIDDIN.
