Ben Greenfield is our newest ICI/PRO Team Contributor. Through his new RockStar Triathlete Academy, Ben has promised to help me with my training for the three Multi-Sport events I have committed to this summer.

Besides all of his education and experience as a competitive endurance athlete Ben is an Indoor Cycling Instructor just like us. He knows how to use a Spinning Indoor Cycling class to train for competitive endurance events and how to build a class that focuses on training (what I call Indoor Cycling 2.0). First, I received an email from Judith Buckley, an Indoor Cycling Instructor, in Saudi Arabia! My first response was "Wow! Can you believe I have listeners that far away?" That got me thinking about who is my most remote listener?

So I decided to have a contest to find out!

If you are an Indoor Cycling Instructor and outside of North America, I would love for you to enter the contest. Email your picture showing you in your "remote" location.

I will be announcing the winner the first week of May. EpicPlanet.tv has offered to send the winner two "American Epic Rides" that they can use in their class. I'm also hoping to interview the winner for a future show.

Second, I interview Richard Baldarelli and Ashley Stanton, two Indoor Cycling Instructors and riders in the latest DVD from EpicPlanet.tv; epic Acadia. Richard and Ashley describe being part of the filming of a cycling DVD.
