This is a great climb song- I think we all want to say sometimes, “Give Me All of You!” with the busyness that seems to surround our lives.
This woman doesn't even have a Wikipedia (what????), but she's awesome. A combo of electric dance and etherial voice in my humble opinion. If you know anything about her, please let me know. A concert would be fun![wlm_private ‘PRO-Platinum|PRO-Monthly|PRO-Gratis|PRO-Seasonal|Platinum-trial|Monthly-trial|PRO-Military|30-Days-of-PRO|90 Day PRO|Stages-Instructor|Schwinn-Instructor|Instructor-Bonus|28 Day Challenge']
The original of “All of You” by Betty Who is 3:58 and 67 bpms.
Greetings from Santa Monica CA (training here for a new job). I was out and about last night in the beautiful weather and heard this fantastic 66 rpm dance tune. I can't wait to get back to use it in my class tomorrow and thought you might like it too.
Written and produced by a Russian DJ and electronic music producer, this feels like a full on 4:08 climb push. A nice challenge for everyone 🙂
Have fun with Arty's ‘Up All Night':

We've been jamming uphill and having a blast with this 63 bpm 3:43 minute song. Not only cranking it uphill, but also lifting in and out of the saddle as a class in rhythmic unison. This song, from an American dance- pop band, formed in 2003, has been a class favorite…the tune that everyone asks me about after class :).
I hope you and your class have fun with it too.

John and I have been enjoying ourselves and appreciate the opportunity to be here and experience the new Stages SC3 bike. I love it!
Has it seemed like there have been a lot of Friday the 13th's this year? You're right!
In celebration of the second of three Friday the 13th's in 2015, I bring you a flat road with an rpm of 84. Perfect for a ‘reset' as we're now calling them in the ‘Edge' format at Life Time Fitness. A ‘reset' is coming back to a comfortable challenge after a hard work effort. It's a time to chill out a bit (but not too much) before the next effort / challenge.[wlm_private ‘PRO-Platinum|PRO-Monthly|PRO-Gratis|PRO-Seasonal|Platinum-trial|Monthly-trial|PRO-Military|30-Days-of-PRO|90 Day PRO|Stages-Instructor|Schwinn-Instructor|Instructor-Bonus|28 Day Challenge']
Not normally one for music from ‘young ‘uns', I found myself Shazaming this tune, and liking it even better the second time around. Those of you with pre-teens/ teenagers might already know this song. Our kids are now 21 and 24, so I don't hear this set as much anymore!

Continuing to use music out of my comfort zone, I bring you this week's Free Music Friday.
A 62 rpm climb to encourage your class to truly feel what's going on with their bodies. I coach them to be okay with, and embrace, however the intense work is feeling- good or bad.
