My suggestion for replacement pedals for Spinner NXT, Schwinn AC Performance and Keiser M3 Indoor Cycling bikes is the Schwinn Triple Link Pedal. It features an SPD clip on one side, a LOOK cleat on the other side and a removable shoe basket for people wearing fitness shoes.
My only complaint is with how difficult it is to remove the shoe basket. That's why I invented the Red Pedal Tool for Schwinn Triple link Pedals. It makes removing the basket very easy and it looks great in your studio 🙂
