This week's ride is from Gene!! - “This class could be considered a good "maintenance" class to keep up the aerobic fitness with a little push at the end to extend our ability to endure more hard work with both the legs and the lungs. While heart zone 2 produces more Aerobic Endurance, heart zone 3 is ideal for Muscular Endurance, but with moderate resistance zone 3 will help the mind and body get more comfortable with the harder work in zone 3.” Enjoy everyone!
