I love all the changes we are seeing in our classes. As we continue our transition to Indoor Cycling 2.0 I feel it's helpful to remember that many of us are emerging from the “ancient culture” shown in the video below. When the weather permits, you'll find him riding and leading outdoor groups by himself or with his Tandem partner (wife) Amy.
