Hi John,
The other day I ran into this song on YouTube: Love The Way You Lie - MASHUP from cover artist Sam Tsui and I thought it was a really great song for my spin class. I normally use it as my second to last song when we are doing a fast run to the end. Students seem to like it a lot as I see many mouthing the words while spinning.
This is a nice light tune that I can easily see brightening the day of my students... thanks for sending it Alan!

Amy Macgowan started teaching group fitness 23 years ago.She holds the original Johnny G Spinning Cert, as well as Schwinn, ICG, Cycling Fusion and ACE Group Fitness. Thank you Tara. Great call out on DJ Lobsterdust’s website. I love mashup’s as well. It always amazes me how these DJ’s blend and use the tunes interchangeably and seamlessly. And you are right about our classes loving them! I am going to use Stayin Hot next week.
