Thank you, thank you, thank you, Ms. Cameron! I “winged it” yesterday (well not totally, as I have had the distinct privilege of riding the S11 with YOU!), but this will help immensely for my class tomorrow.
With love!!!
Amy
Whoo hoo! I’ve been wanting a writeup of this since Cameron visited us in Seattle for our FreeMotion S11.9 intro workshop.
Thanks you guys! 🙂 Gonna use it for sure!
thanks cameron.
So I was another lucky instructor to be able to experience this live with your expertise. I could hear your voice as i read through and reflected back to fort wayne’s
Stages training. I great tip about using this for the more focused endurance class participants. hopefully a new program to add to my new venue as we get ready to begin a Power Cycling program.
All the best
Renee
Thank you do much for this great ride/orientation. These bikes are coming to a nearby 24 hour fitness which I will be teaching at…opens Feb.11. Currently I teach without consoles so this was a nice orientation before the orientation. Going to be a whole new coaching experience for sure.
Thank you Amy, Shari and Renee! Even though hanging out with all of you is much more fun in person, I’ll settle for reaching out to you virtually 😉
Karen – are you referring to the Rohnert Park 24 Hour Fitness? If so, my gal-pal and wonderful Master Educator, Lisa Renee Tumminello will be teaching 3-hour power on the night of the 10th. She’ll go through the orientation ride with you all and more! Have fun!!
I want FreeMotion bikes in our “studio”. 🙁 Sounds amazing! 🙂
Yes Cameron…I was referring to the Rohnert Park club. I look forward to meeting your friend Lisa Renee on Friday night. 🙂
