I teach senior spin. I was interested in becoming a Personal trainer. Class supervisor said try spin it’s a cheep Cert. So I did finding out later that all spin teachers I knew wanted to get a work out and be the who’s coolest badest on the block kinda thing going on. I wanted to inspire people to get fit and have loads of fun. Of course I was riding my bike with a backpack since I was 11 to and from my divorced parents homes in the 70’s in traffic mind you.
I love fitness and want and was brought up to share knowledge with other. I was thrown into it till gym found new recruits but I made it my own by studying like a mad women learning all I could and then some. Many late night’s with computer and books.
