Monday's I'm up at 4:30 to teach my 5:45am cycling class. Many mornings the last thing I want to do is eat something, although I know I probably should. My club has a lot of smart people so I asked our nutritionist, Tyler Young, her thoughts on what all us early spinners should be eating before, during and after our Indoor cycling classes...
If you have additional questions, post a comment and I'll have Tyler respond.

Thanks for the info. I struggle with pre and post work out meals so this helps clear things up. I did subscribe to the body for life idea of waiting to eat after a work out. This may work for the short term, However, I think based on everything else I’ve read and heard that fueling your body makes more sense. Especially if you are looking at this from a lifestyle rather than a short term weight loss goal. Sorry to go on and on and thanks for the site.
Thoroughly enjoyed the Podcast #3 What to eat? Clarified and enlightened a couple of pre/post work out questions.
Enjoy the background musis too.
