Nice … I was back in Italy listening to you guys. You make me watch more in detail the roads they took and I just remark that I have riden the last climb to Carrara not on a bike unfortunatly, I have a little movie of it, and it is a CLIMB.
One questions, I have listen the music you use there are nice, one of my member are gonna ask for it; but there are all with lyrics.
How do you manage all those track with lyric and all the things you seems to say ? How do you manage to conflict of your coatching and the music you use ?
Pascal, hopefully Ron will answer with his input but I used much of his playlist in my Giro ride on Wednesday and it wasn’t an issue. I’m like you in your music tastes, I most often use songs without lyrics especially if it’s a segment where I really want them to focus, but being another language it’s just like another instrument! At least, that’s what I found.

I usually have music with lyrics in classes, so I joked with the class ahead of time that for those that liked to sing along, unless they spoke Italian the next 4 weeks were going to be a change! I have a volume adjustment beside the bike, so I’ll adjust the music down a bit if I’m describing the details of the ride, but otherwise it flows nicely. Good luck with it, and don’t forget to check out the other playlists I have on the iMixes!

Nope, but close..Washington, DC. Originally from Philadelphia, which may explain the accent…
