Sleeveless Jerseys = get back in the weight room!
Jade Ng was an exhibitor at our conference and gave me one of their jerseys. I wore it in my class this morning and wanted to thank her publicly and encourage you to learn more about Jade's Finish Strong Training System. It's an online training program for Instructors and club owners that we will be talking more about this fall.

Holding certifications from; Schwinn, Heart Zones, Team ICG and Life Time Fitness, John's held regularly scheduled cycling classes between 1998 and 2015 when he moved to Florida.
When the weather permits, you'll find him riding and leading outdoor groups by himself or with his Tandem partner (wife) Amy.
