Sleeveless Jerseys = get back in the weight room!
Jade Ng was an exhibitor at our conference and gave me one of their jerseys. I wore it in my class this morning and wanted to thank her publicly and encourage you to learn more about Jade's Finish Strong Training System. When the weather permits, you'll find him riding and leading outdoor groups by himself or with his Tandem partner (wife) Amy.
