Congratulations to you and your team for an excellent upgrade to your website.
I was certified by Mad Dogg Athletics and love the way you guys preach the gospel according to threshold training. I stand alone among my peers at the centre where I teach but I’ve fully endorsed this form of training ever since I had my first metabolic test.
The new layout will make it easier for non-believers to open their minds to a more logical and practical way to train.
Keep on keeping on.
