This ride was soooooo awesome!
Master Instructor Tom Scotto lead his ICI/PRO Peloton through a series of "Towns" with the support of his fantastic band. I was a bit skeptical about how the band would interact with Tom and the class...they couldn't have worked together more seamlessly 🙂
Here are some pictures from the ride last night with many more to come.

hey john,
you mentioned something previously about being able to watch the videos of the sessions we have registered and paid for at another time if we can view them at the time of the live feed. is that correct? if so, how should we go about doing that?
the live feed for Master the Music which i registered for didn’t come through on time as scheduled. it eventually came through maybe 50:00 later to which and i missed the beginning and then constant buffering issues making it very difficult to follow. it was like tom was stopping and starting every couple of seconds during his presentation and then it went completely off and no recapturing at all.
i’m quite concerned as i’ve paid for 4 sessions 2 of them tomorrow. and wondering what to do in handling this?
thanks for any help

Hey Renee,
Sorry for your trouble. I have responded to you in a separate email asking Gene Nacey to respond to you. My understanding is the recorded version of each session video will be available once they have been produced. As always, my #1 intent will be to do everything possible to ensure that at you are satisfied 🙂
Hello,
The conference really looks like a lot of fun as I have been trying to catch them virtually throughout the day. How long will the videos be available for viewing? I have had some difficulty viewing the broadcast as well, but I realize there must be a lot to do to make this happen.
Pat
This is an awesome conference.
Friday night’s ride was as fun as John says. Tom was great, of course but the band and the riders made it. I don’t think a vibe like we had going comes along that often.
I was spoiled for choice with rides/lectures yesterday. Heading off to Danvers for the last day for more of the same.
Sign me up for next year!!! I have not been disappointed
Vivienne
one for the money, two for the show, three to get ready, ICI/PRO!!!!!!!!
I too, paid for 3 virtual sessions and was unable to view them. Please keep me informed as to when they will be available to view.
Thanks,
Barb
Renee, Barbara…..as irksome as it is to feel you’ve paid for something and not received it, unless something goes very badly wrong, this stuff is worth waiting for.
I know for sure that I will be purchasing a few of these sessions…..even though I attended the conference.
Vivienne
Sorry I have not been responded in line to these – I actually responded individually but just remembered others would never know that. We were surprised to find internet service slower than my old modems of the 1990s here at the conference, and it was too late to do much of anything about it. We will be getting most if not all sessions on-line before the end of the week, and after watching, if customers who purchased the Live broadcast do not feel they were… as Vivienne said “worth waiting for”, we will gladly refund anyone’s money.
New technology isn’t always the culprit – sometimes it’s just the new environment 🙂
I was frustrated as well – my music session was very limited by the lack of Internet speed.
Aaaah technology! Love it sometimes. Hate others. Such is the world we live in. I must reflect Vivienne’s comments as well that it will be well worth the wait. So much excellent information was delivered by a fantastic assembly of educators, that you’ll be busy watching and re-watching the recorded classes so as not to miss a thing.
Technology tip side note: John, I usually rent a mifi device when presenting at conferences to ensure fast, uninterrupted internet. Or I tether to my phone. This time I tethered, because my internet needs were fairly simple.
Here’s where I rent from http://www.xcomglobal.com
Good rates. great service and invaluable when abroad!!!
