This weeks ride is from Karyn Silenzi! - “Morning people, here is another ride. I did this one in my classes last week and they loved it. Sprinkled in a few outdoor riding strategies. I rode it myself and it is very challenging - maybe too challenging. Big focus on how to create power drills within classes. I know not everyone has power meters to work with so I will include physiological cues as well.”

Joey is a competitive age group athlete in triathlon and continues to run 1-2 marathons a year in addition to his cycling pursuits. He can often be seen riding around the Pittsburgh streets and the area’s surrounding mountain trails enjoying the fresh outdoors completely unplugged from the training technology he uses to teach.

Joey is a certified personal trainer, group fitness specialist and the lead Master Trainer for Cycling Fusion. Joey currently teaches indoor cycling at several Pittsburgh clubs and loves to fuse his passion for the ride with his love of training, technology and of course the music.
