This weeks ride is from Renee! - “Get your Stopwatch ready for Aerobic Conditioning and Muscular Development over 4/9:30 efforts in Zone 4 with an optional Z5 with a longer recovery. Many options with this profile. Efforts within each set increase from 1:00-1:15-1:30-1:45/1:00 recovery between each effort and each set. Use the Class Builder Player's Interval Timer as your own digital stopwatch. Option A: Watts Focus: observe and match watts for each timed effort. Option B: Intensity Focus: Increase resistance/watts for each each timed effort at each cadence for a total of 4X starting at somewhat hard to bit harder to hard and finally very hard. Option C: Find HARD intensity and follow timed efforts and cadence focus. Goal is to always hold target cadence for each timed effort and at each level of intensity.“ Please enjoy.... Thanks, Joey

Joey is a competitive age group athlete in triathlon and continues to run 1-2 marathons a year in addition to his cycling pursuits. He can often be seen riding around the Pittsburgh streets and the area’s surrounding mountain trails enjoying the fresh outdoors completely unplugged from the training technology he uses to teach.
Joey is a certified personal trainer, group fitness specialist and the lead Master Trainer for Cycling Fusion. Joey currently teaches indoor cycling at several Pittsburgh clubs and loves to fuse his passion for the ride with his love of training, technology and of course the music.
